Our experienced team is dedicated to creating a home tailored to your needs, guiding you through the entire building process with our long-standing subcontractor relationships and extensive experience.
Meet the Team:
Contact us through our website to schedule a meeting with our team after reviewing our website and determining Willow Creek Homes as a suitable fit for your project.
Components and Finishes Review:
Review and finalize all project specifications, including components and finishes, in line with the building plans.
Excavation & Foundation:
The site is excavated, and foundation forms are placed and inspected according to the site plans. Concrete is poured and cured before framing begins.
Drywall:
Sheetrock is hung, and tape and texturing are completed, revealing the home's shape and space.
Final Trade Work:
Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems are completed, and equipment is set. The project superintendent conducts final inspections for touchups and corrections.
Lot Selection:
Choose from our available lots or bring your own property. If you have an area in mind, we can assist you in the search.
Review Contract:
We create a fair contract that aligns with your expectations.
Framing:
Walls and roof trusses are set, and framing is completed. As your superintendent, Brandon Waltman conducts onsite walk-throughs with the homeowner.
Trim & Paint:
Trim work, doors, and paint coatings are installed throughout the home.
New Home Orientation:
The home is finished! The onsite superintendent conducts a new home orientation and hands over the keys to the homeowners.
Develop Your Budget:
We work within your budget to design a home you love. Select a floor plan that meets your needs and aligns with your resources.
Construction Financing/Funds:
Submit project information to the financial institution for review. If financing isn't required, establish an escrow account with a local title company.
Mechanical & Electrical Rough-ins:
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low voltage wiring are installed in framed walls.
Cabinets:
Cabinets are delivered and installed, and countertops are templated and installed.
Construction Plans:
Each floor plan is tailored to suit your needs and budget, accommodating any changes you desire. Your Willow Creek Home will be unique to you.
Building Permit
Submit plans for review and building permit approval, which may take 4-6 weeks.
Inspections:
Local jurisdictions inspect all framing and trade work for code compliance. Insulation is installed after approval.
Tile & Flooring:
Tile showers, floors, backsplashes, hardwood flooring, and carpet are installed. Exterior driveways and walks are poured.
