Brandon, a Brigham Young University-Idaho graduate in Construction Management with a Business emphasis, boasts over 20 years in the construction industry. As President and Construction Manager of Willow Creek Homes, his multi-faceted experience ensures successful projects. Brandon takes pride in maintaining smooth construction processes, adhering to schedules, budgets, and maintaining top-notch quality. His optimism and team-player attitude have fostered lasting partnerships with trade contractors, elevating the level of construction. Known for delivering beautiful, clean, and complete homes, Brandon's meticulous nature and detailed project management have earned him an excellent reputation among both subcontractors and homeowners alike.

Matt Clark

Born and raised in Idaho, Matt Clark brings over a decade of experience in real estate and residential construction to his role as Vice President. Holding both his real estate and broker’s licenses, Matt plays an integral role in guiding clients through the custom home building process from the earliest stages of planning through final construction.

With a strong understanding of construction, land, budgeting, and design functionality, Matt works closely with Brandon and the homeowners during pre-construction to ensure every detail of their vision is carefully considered before building begins. From reviewing plans and navigating bids to helping clients make thoughtful decisions that align with both lifestyle and budget, he helps create a smooth and organized experience from start to finish.

Known for his attention to detail and practical problem-solving, Matt is often the steady hand behind the scenes, helping bring structure, clarity, and confidence to the building process. His passion for Idaho living, quality craftsmanship, and helping families create homes that truly fit their lives continues to drive the work he does every day.

Matt lives in Middleton with his wife Lauren and their daughters, where they enjoy the rural Idaho lifestyle, the outdoors, and raising their family in the community they love.
